In this recording, while I was collecting statues for the Phantom Car, player (181861) opened fire without any warning or communication, which violates General Rule 6.15. He also used abusive language, including the word “motherfucker” and repeatedly said “madharchod,” which has the same meaning in Hindi and includes insults towards parents, violating General Rule 3.2.



He also said, “I have collected the Phantom Car two times by collecting statues. Know your place (aukaat)” and “Stay in your aukaat.” These statements are clearly insulting, implying “know your place” or “you are not important,” which reflects disrespectful behavior.



I request you to take appropriate action, as this kind of abusive behavior reflects a negative and toxic attitude towards other players.

This is another video from a one minute earlier. I was collecting statues, and after that, he started firing and used abusive language, which clearly violates General Rules 6.15 and 3.2.



He also used Hindi language on an English server, which clearly violates General Rule 3.3 (Foreign Languages).

The Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been replaced by the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) from July 1, 2024. Relevant sections include Section 509 and Section 504. You can use your video as proof and file an FIR against him.
