2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- Execution. What every other player has written and promised throughout applications, I successfully achieve and exceed. This organization is represented by only the most competent and mature minded players, and I am confident that regardless of my past, I can accept that responsibility. Whenever I’m the leader of any organization, I not only positively affect the players under my leadership, but also the curators fortunate enough to experience the overwhelming passion I commit as well. The city, the players deserve to be apart of STATE RP greatness.
- Secondly, leadership to me is control through standards. I set the standard at a very high level, and everyone around me, specifically those I trust with high access must meet it or exceed it. No exceptions. You will always get 110% from anything that has my name on it and that I’m a part of. Leadership is not something new to me, and it's also not something I take lightly. Players come for maximum RP experience, not lazy effort.
- All of the above is fact based and will be reflected in the responses this application receives and what the city says about me. FIB, for this specific project, is the pinnacle of my goals and will demonstrates how knowledgeable and responsible I am if selected. I am already well educated from serving as a deputy multiple times and holding other high command positions, with strong knowledge of laws, legal structure, and case files. With my pre selected deputies, I look forward to the chance to truly prove who I am at a STATE level.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay within the organization.
- Advice for roleplay improvement would be to actually roleplay. Too many times, this questions has gotten thrown around with zero action or movement behind it. Federal investigation bureau will feel exactly like its titled to be, a premiered, high standard organization. I have strong communication with all curators across organizations, so planned city events (chemical chaos, purge, terrorist org, etc) will be consistently planned and discussed throughout my term.
