Hello,

What happened:
- I was walking towards the capitol and the guy (ID 399106) shot near me
- I walked towards him, telling him that "you missed me" as a joke
- He said he will call someone, I said, okay, I will wait;
- He ran into the house roof, starts shooting at me.

No Demands have been giving.

Time stamps of the video:
- 00:17 - First shot towards me
(you can see while I was walking towards him, he placed his gun away)
- 00:48 - Interaction with the guy
- 03:01 - getting shot again
- 03:35 - getting shot again
- 06:16 - getting shot again
