I was at the Beach Ghetto and got killed. I called for an ambulance, and this player arrived in a white car. Since he acted like a medic, I let him take me, but he kidnapped me and took me to the highway. Then we switched to a scooter and he drove me to the base of a mountain.
At that point, he got off the scooter, cuffed me, and forced me to walk to the top of the mountain while holding me at gunpoint. He demanded $50,000 and said he was a corrupt officer. He tried to break my bodycam twice using /me and /do commands, but the system showed "Unsuccessfully" both times. Even though my bodycam was still recording and he failed the roll, he killed me anyway to hide the evidence.
Taking a kidnapped person to a remote mountain on a scooter and forcing them to climb it while cuffed is complete Fail RP/UB. Also, killing me despite failing the bodycam roll is a clear case of Powergaming.
As seen in the screenshot, he tried to find/destroy my bodycam twice and failed both times (Unsuccessfully). But he still killed me to destroy evidence.

The proofs are in 3 parts due to Nvidia recording limits(, but they cover the whole situation continuously.
