2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? ( list three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be leader of the Federal investigation bureau because, After my last time as leader of FIB I did one term and had to step away due to personal reasons. After one year I am now more than ready to take and lead the biggest organization in this lovely city. With that being said and being Director before I know what it takes to lead the organization to the top and make FIB great again.
2.2 I have held multiple leadership positions including Sheriff of SAHP for 2 great terms bringing and breaking records previously held by SAHP and leader of the National Guard for two great terms as well. With all this in my mind I truly understand that the FIB is held to a higher standard and will ensure that expectation is met. When in SAHP I held over 40 at most gang raids I plan on bringing my expertise and experience of how to properly recruit and make people have fun in an organization instead of them saying "Im bored".
2.3 Lastly, I will touch on favoritism and corruption after my extensive break I came back and yet saw favoritism or corruption ruin the legal side and give leos a bad name, I do not and will not stand for this as I believe and know as a leo you are not above the law but are the law, which means if you break the law you will be arrested as i do not tolerate it. now more on favoritism, IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. I can not stress this enough as everyone will be treated as equal no matter of who your friends are, we all are here to achieve the same goal.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have seen that RP is not utilized in organizations enough I plan to change that by implementing EMS more into the org, Hosting trainings in new areas to further enhance the knowledge and skill of out Special Divisions. Human Resource will play a main part into the RP side by always being available and on call as I believe HR should always be there either day or night time.
Internal Affairs the department that if youre not in you hate, arguably the best department as they keep any and all corruption out of the organization which as I touched on prior will never be allowed within the walls of FIB. If corruption does happen I will expect IA to go the full extent of the laws to bring them to justice.
