Rejected Unban Appeal G.R 1.4 I Aldin Verstappen

Dear curator,
A few months ago I got a perma ban on my main account for violating the rules of G.P 1.4 (I accidentally had a VPN on while playing) and I admit the guilt, but I'm very sorry that I got a PERMA ban instead of a 60 day ban as it says in the rules;
"1.4 It is prohibited to have more than 1 additional account (Twinking) | Permanent ban of all accounts except the main account. The main account will be banned for up to 60 days."
I really don't understand why I got a perma ban instead of a 60 day ban as the rule states. I really care about the Server and would really, really like to come back, I'll try not to break the rules and be absolutely correct. Please, dear Curator, have compassion and give me a second chance.

The admins on the RS server told me that twink accounts are unbannable but this isnt my twink, its my main, i have the most time on it and money and everything.
