2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 although i may seem to be newbie and don't know anything but actually before joining Grand RP i started practicing the server rules the legislation, the crime rules and everything months of months of preparation for this server and the leadership position and now i feel confident in my ability to lead a gang and take it to next level and through this journey i have developed a solid understanding of how organizations operate. I now feel confident in my ability to lead a gang and take it to the next level. And i met a couple days ago, Very very i mean very experienced people for example a respected person who wrote the legislation and many many other experienced people are ready to join and make this the best org in city!

Guidance and Support for New Members
I’ve noticed that many new members in organizations are often not properly guided on how to participate in gang activities. As a leader, I want to change that i will focus on training and supporting new comers so they feel confident and capable within the organization.

Building a Dominant and Respected Gang
My goal is to turn this organization into one of the most dangerous and respected gangs in the city. i will work hard with my team to ensure we dominate in events, grow strong internally, and build a reputation that stands out across the server.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Bonuses for activity: implementing a bonus system to reward active members will encourage more participation and loyalty, which in turn will increase overall gang activity and success.
Hiring More People: Recruiting members from diverse backgrounds and other families will increase the roleplay diversity and bring in fresh perspectives, enhancing the gang’s overall engagement. This is one of my plans cuz I'm fluent in many languages like English, Turkish, Arabic and many more...
We will try to take max to max number in every Events.
My Main Goals to maintain during the term:

Do every single event possible
Maintain a good active Terrorist ORG
Make sure that every newbie knows the server rules, know how to do in difficult situations and who to contact.
