Some set-up required:
Morgan Smart, ID 115063, has been making a hobby out of trailing me around the city however, going so far as to camp outside my home to take shots at me when I'd come out (something Meg Vuitton caught him doing and punished him for on-the-spot)... or wherever, and I'd suspected his using the OOC method of watching my bodycam, which I use a secondary account for on twitch. When I hadn't been on much the last few days, he'd taken that "business" to the Capitol, harassing my co-workers over asking for me and making weird threats (I have bodycam proof of this from said employee(s) and if needed, I'll provide).
Today, however, he approached me at the Capitol, again, making yet another attempt to needle away at me. He starts mentioning how I'm a drug-lord and when I question that, he points out how I'd supplied him with 5 oz (legal amount) of weed at the party I'd had (before the aforementioned camping-my-house thing). If he hadn't wanted it, he could have given it back, but... he then starts accusing me of having LOADS of weed, and saying he knows cos he saw it in my home's inventory. He's never been inside my house, and he'd already said--he didn't have the bodycam of it, but *I did*. So he's basically saying: "Hey Penelope, I'm watching the REAL-you's livestreamed bodycam and Imma try and use whatever I find from your real-life Twitch account to apply here where none of what I'm talking about exists.
Basically, he gets massively, grossly OOC by the end. Every rule break I cite applies, and is now past anything he could ever reasonably explain relates to RP at all. He's really *this desperate* to get at me, and he has no reason at all to do anything to BEGIN with.
I can barely play right, trying to follow these constant bothers from constant botherers. I've never seen so many people get so many chances, it's fail-rp all around.
