2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. When i first learn and got to know or understand anything as an organization i joined NG as a Recruit then i gathered experience in NG i had served as HR, SASD, Airforce and MP as commander and also i have served as a deputy leader of National Guard 3 times so after spending 10-12 terms in NG now i think i am immune to take over the leadership of the organization and make it more better than present. I have also served in FIB, SAHP, LSPD, GOV and EMS.
B. As i have served in such high ranking position such as Assistant Chief LSPD, Dhod of HR in FIB, Commander of MP in NG, Also i have been playing more than 3 years in this server so i feel this is the right time for me to control NG as a Leader.
C. The main keys and the backbones for NG as running it successful organization are:
-> Human Resources (HR): HRs main goal will be to Attract and recruit new Citizens into the organization and train them to face upcoming challenges as a team. Will do special events in city to attract more citizens into the organization by doing inter org events to keep engagement among them.
-> Military Police (MP): MP is anti-corruption department of our org and will be to Maintain discipline within the organization. MP department will be watching and keeping in check every officer irrespective to their rank and status.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> Ensure units will do clear and disciplined interaction and Proper use of chain of command making Organization more captivating and Excellent.
-> Organize Frequent Drill and RP session with other organizations for different situations like Store, FZ Raid, hostage Situations such that units can perform in different scenarios efficiently.
-> Where we will Focus that we attends all the Events and Help Other Orgs in ammo runs or in any different Situations in the City, such that they will also Support Ammo runs of National Guard keeping good relations with other orgs.
