As you can see, first he threw a VDM at me, then my car stopped and when he got out of the car to shoot at me, I got out to defend myself and at that moment he immediately put handcuffs on me. But I had a gun in my hand.

That was a pit to the back right side of your car, also LEOS can arrest criminals whilst criminals have gun in hand.
