I want to be the leader of the Bloods Street Gang because I see lot of time the gang active few days then get inactive i believed that i want to be a leader and make a name of my leadership it is an old gang from the beginning now i wanna make it more active and stronger if I am given the position I will make sure that Bloods regains its vibe and that people fear it.

Reason 1.
As per as leadership is concerned, I think gang particularly Blood Street Gang Should be more active as we are gangsters we should create fear among leos citizens coming in Ghetto or roaming on the highways ofcourse outside City , if I'll become leader I'll create fear among them .
Reason 2.
I will give bonus on time accordingly to my bonus system so that my red gangsters will stay active as much as they can . I will motivate them to join events by providing them the highest bonuses so that they will learn how to actively participate and get most of the kills they can, rather than just going to event to take bodycam just to fill the events log
Reason 3.
So if I'll become leader I'll make sure to hire only those citizens who knows basic rules so we will get lesser verbals and warnings as my dream is to complete my term with 0 verbal and 0warning
I'll hire only those who knows ghetto rules state rules general rules so that they will not make any rulebreak, if needed I'll assist them with rules what it is and how should we do that.

So my first advice is I've seen so many leaders running their terms just for completing their events , no fun right? What's the point of being leader if you can't make your term memorable.
I'll hire the most capable deputies for my term as you know deputies is the neckbone of any term
I'll hire only those who are experienced well known who knows rules...
Most importantly that I've mentioned everytime I've seen so many leaders becoming egoistic after getting terms thinking their gangmembers are just their servants who will do events like a horse ...
I will try to go on every event with my gang members so that they should feel motivated and never feel that I m bigger than them I'll make them realize that we r at same rank we are at same level same kind of jokes they can make on me they used to make on newbies haha that's fine I never. Minds
Because Anyways it's a game we all are pretending to be a guy we can't be in a real life...
My goals are never fixed...Rather then just completing tasks...

Ans :- Since I came to En02 two years ago, I have already served twice as a leader, once as a governor and once as a Vagos leader in EN3 and HC with the Ballas as a deputy and families, and with the Bloods as a Marabunta under deputy, where I was able to gain a lot of experience and gain deep insights into the crime life. I spent my time in city as a crime much I have all knowledge of events and turf.
Through crimes and especially the Bloods, I got to know and love the state. As a training director for the Bloods, I was able to take a lot with me and always strived for more—I wanted to push crime forward. I know how to lead and plan events, negotiate objectively, we will try to maintain all events with good number I have a night deputy who will took parts with his member in night event
From last time bloods was not active not any gheeto clap nothing in this term we will do hs gheeto clapping hw robbery and all gang events.
As I am deputy of ballas now and what I learn here in these days will help me to lead bloods I saw in events people don't come due to afraid of jail and fine for that
I will talk to curator and establish a arrest bonus for the org we will try to connect families (unofficial) to join bloods and we will also support them we will try to do fz with other gang and we ll get a bloods alive again.
