As my record states, I was going to issue a ticket for the car, but he came and towed the car away. I was about to leave, but he put on a vest, grabbed a gun, and fired at the police car, provoking me. When I got out to arrest him, he gave me a demand in a place he couldn't give me, and he and his friend shot and killed me.

as u can see in the pov i shooted the road not he came out of car to arrest me so i had to give him demands and he didnt leave on demands so we killed him

As you can see in the recorded footage, he wasn't wearing armor initially; he suddenly put on a vest and shot at me as I was leaving, then he gave a ub demand
