2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation).

• Experience and Growth within the Organization: Mastering my work duties in the Journalism team enabled me to achieve the Director and COO positions through my dedicated efforts. The experience has provided me with complete knowledge about LifeInvader operations and necessary improvement areas for the organization.

• Strong Understanding of City Operations: I became familiar with city operations through my work which involved direct interaction with different departments and organizations. The results of my work allow me to create solutions which help both LifeInvader and the people who live in the city.

• Vision for Improvement and Impact: My mission at LifeInvader is to create a better user experience through accurate news delivery and enhanced community relationships and implementation of new concepts.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I want to make LifeInvader more engaging by changing its reporting style. The project requires multiple components which include Q&A sessions with officials, a Daily News Book and continuous 24/7 news updates. Our organization should provide more than services by offering public announcements and emergency event support and community-based programs. I establish connections among the public. The city wants LifeInvader to become a more dynamic and trustworthy platform which people use regularly while maintaining their knowledge of city updates and community connections.

• I have several plans to improve the quality of work across departments.

I. Ads: I plan to divide the Ads team into different shifts, ensuring 24/7 coverage with at least 5–10 employees active in each shift.
II. Creative: I will build a strong High Command team along with skilled creative employees, so we can deliver client services quickly and efficiently.
III. Journalism: Journalism department is now good enough active as others departments. I intend to expand this department by hiring more employees, it will help us to cover every vital situation happening in the city every day.



• To make the organization more active and to motivate employees, I have planned several events:

I. Weekly Performance Event: Each week, a performance event will be held. From every department, the best performer will be recognized and awarded exciting prize money.
II. Inter-Organization Events: I plan to organize frequent inter-org events, giving employees opportunities to enjoy, compete, and win prizes.
III. Promotion Ceremony: I will also arrange weekly promotion ceremonies to appreciate employees’ hard work and reward them with promotions.
IV. PR Events: Also adding lots of PR events and not only PR I'm planning to do the most of the IC event as well. Not only to the organization members throughout the whole citizens as well.
