2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans 1. : After running a term of SAHP and having enough knowledge in city i learned how a Org works and what are basic requirements to run it.After working as a Sheriff and protecting the highways my aim was to clean the city and decrease the crime ratio so LSPD was the org i thought would be best for city and thats why i want to be the Chief Of Police and save the city.
2. During my time as a Sheriff i noticed that leaders of LSPD dont tun it how its meant to be there is just Favouriteism and Nepotism which are not good thats why they have the most inactive terms.There TD department is inactive which is the main to keep city good and HR department is also inactive from which the Leos dont get good training and they rulebreak.And LSPD requires good unites which dont enter ghetto alone which is the thing to be noticed in LSPD because i have seen that leaders dont pay attention when there unit enters ghetto alone and thats the reasons they face Heavy consequences.
3. If i get the term of LSPD my goal will be towards its HR department because if Heads of HR are trained then units will be the best. Secondly my goal will be towards its TD department which plays a very good role in protecting city and decrease the crime ratio. The things i like in LSPD is its good HQ and its super fast cars which are very good to protect the city and catch the criminals. As i have already ran a SAHP term with 0 warns i will try to run LSPD with 0 warns too.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. No toxicity
2. No Favoritism or Nepotism
3. Good bonus system
4. Best and active deputies
5. Friendly Environment
6. Daily IC events to attract citizens towards LSPD
7. I will make sure my units dont rule break
8. I will make sure LSPD is patrolling daily in city.
