Hello Administrator,

I noticed that there was no audio in my screen recording due to a recording error related to NVIDIA. I realized this issue quite late. In the screen recording review request filed against me, there is no audio at all due to this error. On my main account, I was unable to upload my screen recording for the review request filed against me because the system could not record it due to the same NVIDIA-related error, and as a result, I was banned from my main account.

I have been significantly affected by this situation and am sorry to have encountered such an incident. I regret not having noticed this earlier, not having checked it, and not having taken precautions; I will be more careful from now on. Considering my ban history, I request that my ban be minimized or, if possible, lifted.Have a good day
