2. Why I Want to Become Leader of LSPD?
2.1 Experience & Dedication:
I have served Los Santos police Department Several times and gained alot of experience. From starting from lower ranks to higher I've gained enough knowledge and experience that I can be dedicated for this role perfectly. I've learnt to handle different situation of Department, Team work and stay professional even under pressure. Over time in LSPD I've been dedicated to my responsibility, and I've learnt patience and alot of leadership skills. As I believe I'm ready to be LSPD Leader and take department in right direction.
2.2 Vision & Planning:
My vision is to make LSPD active, well organized, professional and very well respected in City. I want to ensure every patrol unit is patrolling to keep the city clean and all the officers available to immediately respond to any kind of situation in order to maintain law and keep the city clean. I also want to improve teamwork in LSPD as proper communication and coordination helps to keep the officers united which leads to strong department. I also want to clean LSPD's image in public as I want them to know LSPD is here not just to arrest but to protect the city.
2.3 Fairness & RP Quality:
If I become, I'll promote professionalism and make sure everyone is treated fairly and only deserving people get ranks and roles as in my past career, I've never promoted favoritism. I would like to give people rank according to their activity their dedications, proper Rp and performance. Every LSPD officer should feel valued for their work. I also want to maintain realistic roleplay in the department every officer should be professional to citizen as well as all departments. I would like to make a perfect enjoyable environment where officers can grow, and city can have better interactions with LSPD.
3.What I can bring to LSPD as Leader:
If I become leader of LSPD, I will bring dedication, professionalism, experience and strong sense of responsibility to the department. As experienced High command in different departments I know how much it is important to be fair, active and professional.
As the main thing I would like to bring is better structure and activity in the department. A well-organized department brings stronger image in city. I also wanna make sure that all officers are motivated enough for their duties and the department is active all the time.
I would also like to bring fairness into the department. I would reward every officer according to their hard work, dedication and performance. Good leadership means helping people grow and recognizing efforts and rewarding them accordingly and leading a whole department by keeping them close and understand them.
Another thing I wanna bring is changes and improvements in the departments like new fresh ideas and positive changes I want to make improvements which makes teamwork good and create better interaction with the citizens. As I want growth of LSPD, as I believe LSPD should keep on improving.
Most importantly I would like to bring commitment and consistency in LSPD. As I believe leader is not just a title, but it is a responsibility, setting an example, making right decisions in department and supporting the departments in every time. My main goal is to lead LSPD in such way that I make my officers proud and Citizen's respect.
