1. I want to become leader of Lifeinvader because this organization plays an key role to a clean and efficient services to the citizens such as advertisements, News reporting, organise events with good prizes and also promotes poster and templates for business owners

2.2 I got hired in LI as an ads team intern and gets a chance to hold the position of DHOD of journalism this experience make me comfortable and confident to be leader of Lifeinvader

2.3. I have saw the working style of many leader and gets inspired by their working styles and pick some of their good qualities and i believe that i can handle the work pressure and can handle my term smoothly along with experienced deputies and High commands and other members of the organization

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Ads team: Ads team plays an important role for the convenience of the citizen and this department have to be active 24/7 to achieve this i have some ideas, I will recruit the members in the ads team and they will be trained under the experienced high commands especially for night shift

Journalism team: I have noticed that journalism department currently in not running in its original potential and keep lacking in the activities, To counter this I will bring my focus to hire new members and keep the best Hod and Dhod for this department.

Creative team: This department is also one of the best and creative as its name it delivers high quality posters, templates and also help in planning of weddings and other parties which bring fun to the life of citizens, I will focus to make this department responsive all the time and also reduce the price of services so they can be more affordable

I want to prove myself in Life invader also as a leader and show everyone how life invader looks like when you give your best in keeping all the departments active rather than just focusing on ads department.,

2. I have seen only articles being posted on Life invader CNN from past 3-4 months and according to me journalism is not only about posting and writing articles only. There is a lot of things which can be done in journalism department to make it more active and creative then other departments. So, I wanna improve journalism department even more with my ideas and creativity.,

3. I will make sure that every employee gets what he deserves and there should be no favoritism and internal conflicts between the employees in my term.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1. I will make sure that their is regular flow of ads and no one has to wait for their ads to be published which will increase trade and interactions between the citizens.,

2. I will make sure that regular videos and articles are made and published on CNN so the citizens can get to know the current situations of Los santos and gets the news on time.,

3. I will make sure that the creative team remains active in my term and every poster is made on time so that their can be more party and birthday celebrations and more crowd can be gathered and enjoy together.,

4. I will organize unique and creative events so that both employees and citizens can interact with each other and it will also attract the citizens to participate more in events.,

5. I will make sure that the HR department is also active and regularly helping citizens by resolving their issues and helping them in clearing their doubts

I have explore all organisation in our city and i find out that ems and Lifeinvader is professional and very active organisation and we can earn more money in this organisations compared to sahp lspd fib government. So I wanna maintain this and prove my leadership qualities by becoming CEO of Lifeinvader and managing it with professional manner.

Lifeinvader is perfect organisation but there some problem with hiring process like it's too complicated for citizen's who don't have knowledge about it but I will make it easier . I will make it easier this doesn't mean we will hire inactive persons or persons which will make mistakes hr department will make sure that they are heavily trained then and then they will start working so Lifeinvader will become more active

We will take state organisations event from governments DOR department and maintain relations between state organisations and Lifeinvader and make sure things are working properly

RolePlay level increases by introducing new things in organisation I advise to introduce new things in Lifeinvader so Roleplay level will increase in Lifeinvader

2.1 I have sufficient experience to keep the organization stable.

During my service at LifeInvader for almost a year, I have worked as HR manager, DHOD of ADs and HOD of ADs, currently working in all departments. Further I have worked under each and every circumstances whether there is too much work load or everything is going smoothly, So I could easily look forward and manage the working of the organization easily. Additionally I have attended a number of globals and will also make sure proper crowd and event management is done during it .

2.2 Boosting Creative and Journalism teams.
While our main focus is Ads, I think the Creative and Journalism teams have a lot more services to offer. As a leader, I don't want to just be into Ads Department only . I want to encourage the Creative team to host more events and the Journalism team to be more active with interviews and articles. My goal is to make Lifeinvader a community where employees feel connected amongst each other and clients to be free of any worry.

2.3 I want to build a better work culture for the staff.
From my time as HOD, I have seen where there are communication gaps between HR and the rest of the staff. I want to be leader so I can create a more supportive and friendly environment in the organization. I want to implement a fair bonus system and clear promotion system so that new interns feel motivated to look forward to become a High Command, just like I did all with the help of my seniors and co-workers such as Sophia West, Kazuto Kirigaya, Rich Rogger and Muttie Ilya.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Recruit more ADs team and HR Managers this will curb any publication delay and resolve the issues of the clients in the ads so that the citizens are served without any issues in the database.

I want to make the organization interesting and entertaining for the individuals.

Mutual misconceptions lead to unnecessary responses, and therefore, the need for good communication skills arises. The most important thing in the roleplay is to be respectful and polite in behaviour, A positive attitude maintains a more favourable atmosphere.

I am having numerous plans for the new events which will encourage the entertainment for both the employees as well as the citizens.

Therefore, favouritism is the part where the organization and roleplay gets spoiled due to which non deserving candidates sometimes ruine the places for serious and talented employees, So for resolving this I will myself have an activity check on the ground level to prevent favouritism.
