Life Story: Lickt Silva was a bully from the beginning of his life. He was raised by a DrugLord. He was adopted by him when Lickt was only 7. And because his father was a drug lord, he often saw his father involved in crime, bloodshed, theft, betrayal, etc. His father has a lot of respect in the underworld, and Lickt chooses the same path as his father. When he became 17, he was already the top dog in the underworld, and everyone knew his name. But one day, when Lickt went to complete a drug deal with his father, they got ambushed by the army, and they were surrounded. At the critical moment, they did not surrender, and they started shooting at the soldiers. But they were outnumbered, and they could not stand against the skillful army. In the process, his father got hit by a bullet and collapsed on the spot. Lickt noticed that his father needed medical treatment, or else he won't make it. So he surrendered and was arrested by them, and his father was sent to the prison hospital alongside him. On the way back to the hospital, his father passed away. At that moment, Lickt decided to take revenge on the army by any means necessary.
Career Story: After getting arrested, Lickt was sent to the army prison school. At first, he thought it would be easy for him, because he had already spent his childhood most harshly. But reality hit him hard; the tough and scary training was unimaginable. The strict trainers always gave them harsh training. Especially, they treated Lickt like he was the most wanted criminal in the world, and they always made him do the corruption work for their own benefit. One day, he heard the trainers talking about how the prisoners can work in the army if they maintain a good profile in the school. Lickt started to work hard and tolerate all the stuff they throw at him. As he thought, because of his exceptional profile. His hard work was noticed by the general, and he hired him personally. But Lickt did not join for the service there; he had a purpose: to take revenge on the army. Lickt already knew how the corrupt side of the army runs, so it was an easy task for him to get to the bad side. When he reached a good position in the army, he was already known for his corruption and illegal work in the army; even the general knew. But because of his clean work, no one ever got a single piece of evidence against him. So no one could do anything about his corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Lickt can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe).
2. Lickt can break IC law, including COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, and Procedure for Detention. (Keep in mind the OOC rule)
3. Lickt can try to search for a bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam x2 ) and can break it for his safety. ( /do breaks bodycam )
4. Lickt can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands.
5. Lickt can be toxic and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
6. Lickt can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any identification.
7. Lickt can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy/sell guns from the black market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
8. Lickt can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
9. Lickt can kill his 10-15 if his own identification is at risk. (with an RP reason, no RDM)
10. Lickt can make a deal with the gangsters, can leak information, and unlock the NG truck in exchange for money. (No metagaming)
