thanks for taking another look with a decision of saying ban to stay, but I really would like to know what is the reason even after providing everything and I got pc checked and admins in En 1 pc checked me and everything went through so can you please take another look at the pc check which took place . I am not trying to be disrespectful but I just want to understand and find a solution for this ban I have because in my opinion I think I deserve another chance and also I never got banned before.
