Q2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- I have been in the city for quite a since , and i have experienced legal and illegal both the sides of the roleplaying scenario. In most of the cases
i saw the gangs dominate easily , which makes me motivated to lead a gang and dominated over the whole city. I have been in multiple gangs
with which I experienced multiple leaders from whom i have acquired leadership skills and learned alot from which makes me
believe that I will be a great leader to my members.
2.2- I'm confident in leading Families to be the powerful gang in the city. I'll make sure everyone has equal opportunities for
every activities like robberies and events, Giving an awesome role-playing experience to everyone. I'll also guide and explain new
players to help them understand how things work in the city so no-one feels out of place or Less motivated just cause they don't have
the correct amount of knowledge. I'll bring active bandits into the gang not just big numbers because activity speaks louder than dead numbers.
2.3- From hearing people and experiencing the toxic environment in gangs, I'll make sure the gang stays non-toxic
has a good nature that people will be wanting to be around and will tolerate zero disrespect to any member by anyone
,so people dont go through a bad experience.
Q3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i) Zero toxicity
ii) make sure good activity takes place as we maximize the events so people
are always busy and creating many RP scenario
iii) I'll take any advice and criticism from any member or anyone
for the betterment of the gang
iv) Ensure no rule brakes and no mistakes are being done by
the members
v) Give out bonuses and promotion only based out of activity
