2. "Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)"
2.1) I want to become the leader of SAHP because i have extensive experience in state organizations, During my career in state organizations, I have gained extensive experience in law enforcement, team organization, and public order. Iam familiar with the server rules moreover as i have spent most of the time in DOJ by being District Attorney, District Court Judge and Supreme Court Justice as well so i definitely know about the State Laws and legislation which alot of leaders doesnt know, because of this i know everything about Law Enforcement ethics, with all these qualities im pretty sure that i will be a good leader. I have Worked as an Lt. General Twice and Undersheriff once as well so i think perfect candidate for this position
2.2) i have worked with members of organizations and citizens in different situations using my communication and conflict resolution skills. I know how to stay calm under pressure. I know how to lead a team in hard situations. I know how to build trust in the structure. SAHP under my leadership would be led by pure transparency and there will be no favoritism. i will ensure that there will be no conflicts with another organisation or internal conflicts between the SAHP
2.3) i would try to make the organization as interesting as possible so that all members would be happy to be part of the organization and not get bored after a few days. My goal is not to just push through the days to end the term, but for people to look at me like everyone else, the fact that I am above them in rank should not mean that I or anyone else is better than someone below. If they have their own opinion, let them express it, maybe they thought better at that moment than I or any of the people from HC.
3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) Firstly i would look for a District Attorney to look over all the Legal issues and do Training sessions on how to deal with all the legal/lawyer related things
3.2) I would approach the LSPD leader to ask for Join-Jurisdiction Contract so that both SAHP and LSPD should have proper team work and both can work in city as well as highway so that city can be safe and encourage more roleplay
3.3) Will work with LI to catch criminals as they get a lot of illegal ADS requests.
3.4) I will arrange promotion ceremony so my troopers can be exited for their next rankup/promotions.
3.5) I will do increase PR activities inside the organisation and host as many PR events as possible.
