-During my time in the city I have gained a lot of experience with being in state organisations. I have held many high command positions across all organisations. I believe that I am now ready to step up and lead SAHP into becoming a well respected and active organisation that works smoothly with all organisations within the city. I know I can make a successful term within SAHP and have a strong and well coordinated team.
- I want to prove to myself that I can bring my leadership skills from my successful gang terms and implement them into state organisations. I have great people skills and want to show people that state organisations can be fun. I want to help citizens build on the skills in the org and provide them with the essential training needed to be successful and teach them the basics within leo orgs and help them improve on the RP skills.
- I have been a deputy in many state organisations and have held high command positions in many terms but now I want a new challenge and show my leadership skills within a state organisation and have a full successful term and end on 0 warnings like I did in my last leader position.
3.Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization
- Have well trained head of departments that understand the way SAHP will be ran at a high standard and have an excellent understanding of professionalism when speaking to there own units as well as other organisations.
- Build a strong negotiation team that will be able to lead hostage situations and store robbery with proper RP and to make a better experience not just for LEOs but also gangs. Host regular border and highway patrols showing units how to do these effectively and engage in good RP.
- To create a strong staff recognition scheme to boost staff morale and show that there work is appreciated I will do this by hosting weekly staff events and friendly competition for them to win prizes and weekly promotion ceremonies.
