Nice Self-Report!! You'll be Punished for G.R. 6.15 (RDM) for killing ID 232630.
And it's not VDM, they were just in High Speed that's why they hit you but if their intention was VDM or CR they would've hit you again.
Anyways, Enjoy a Warning with 180 Minutes in Jail for RDM.
