Three years ago, Peter came to Los Santos chasing bigger things. Like most people who show up here, it didn't really go the way he expected. Reality hit early. Nothing came easy, so he picked whatever he could at the time, like driving a taxi, putting in long hours just to get through the days.
Those days were simple, but not easy. Same roots, same routine, just different faces get in and out of the car.
Somewhere in all that, he met Asa and Jod. At the time, it didn't feel like anything important, just another normal ride. Nothing really stood out of the way. But later on, they kept running into each other again, talking more here and there, and eventually started moving together. It wasn't something they planned; it just happened over time.
Back then, none of them really had much. Just time, patience, and the mindset to keep growing no matter what.
As things moved forward, Peter started understanding how the city actually works. He got sharper, made better calls, and slowly began building something for himself. It wasn't fast, but it was steady. But not everything stayed the same.
At the same point, Jod was gone. What was left were just memories from those early days when everything was uncertain and all they had each other and the grind. It hits them, for sure. But it didn't stop anything. If anything, it made things clearer what really mattered.
Over time, and after learning from people like Sebastian. Peter Badman and Asa reached a stage where they weren't just getting anymore. They had built some respect, gained real experience, and understood how to move properly in the city. At that point, the idea started to make sense.
They didn't want to keep going the same way forever, just working under others and moving without direction; they wanted something they could build themselves. Not just another group people join for a while and leave, but something more stable.... something that actually lasts.
A place where people stick around, grow, and have each other's backs when it matters.
That's how House Badman started.

- Build strong bonds by becoming an Unofficial Organisation and actively taking part in family events.
- Guide and mentor our members in their career paths to help them grow and succeed.
- Welcome and support new citizens as they settle into the city.
- Assist members in securing and running private businesses.
- Aim to own atleast on of each type of family business during our journey.
- Maintain control over profitable businesses to ensure long-term family stability and prosperity

- OG: for those who are no longer with us but were once part of the family.
- Knight: family members who have been active and actively joining events.
- Priest: able to help with family events and turfers
- Chamberlain: able to invite new fam memebers without going to the chain of command and turf lead.
- Viceroy: assist in running family events and have access to family resources
- Heir: ranks with access to family funds and the Deputy
- Books: the accountant of the family and the Deputy.
- Monarch: Leader of the family.
