2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
FIB being the highest authority: FIB is considered as the highest authority in city. FIB main role in the city is to handle high level criminal investigations and protect overall law enforcement stability. It's the core of city. FIB has the responsibility of making the city pure from criminal activities. FIB leads all other LEOs to handle the situation delicately and not to create a mess in the city. Making a promise with citizens to keep them secure.
Discipline and Professionalism: FIB has to make tremendous efforts to maintain professionalism and discipline in the organisation. All situations need to be handled by perfect communication and on field decisions. I possess the abilities to maintain a professional and a pleasure environment between the staff.
Experienced Leadership: To run FIB perfectly its considered to let an experienced leadership come in power. I served two terms as Sheriff of SAHP. I also performed a tremendous job being the 00 Handler of FIB which made me capable enough to understand the core task of FIB and perform my duty. I made some mistakes in my SAHP term. I learnt from them. I fixed them and I can promise a better term. I understand the core structure of FIB. Necessary steps to take.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Proper Training & Hiring Procedure: I will ensure that every single interview gets recorded and every new units gets high quality of training so they follow RP and dont break it.
High bonuses: Now a days for earning money citizens of Los Santos consider other options over Law Enforcement organisations because they were not been giving enough bonus and have failed to be the best option for citizens for earning money. I will introduce a new and enhanced bonus system and bonus from my own pocket. This is a great combination which can result FIB being one of the highest paying Law Enforcement Oraganization.
Meetings and Peaceful environment: Regular Meetings with staff and every individual Department can result in a peaceful environment. It can reduce Favouritism in the organisation. Brief meetings with LI and press confrences can result in good relations with citizens. Updating the citizens about current situation of crime in city.
