     2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
     (A) Its very important that gangs make sure that there is dominance in ghetto and to make ghetto active and fight with rival gangs and leos they need a well experienced leader. With my past experience and ability to think out of the box will help me win more events and dominate events in ways others can not imagine.
   • (B) With my past experience and with the help of my friends we can easily run term without any kind of rule breaks. With the plans I have in my mind I would make hostage sits with a lot of Roleplay then usual the negotiation part and other parts of hostage sits are gonna be more intense, Raid tactics and ghetto domination , Store robbery are gonna be more enjoyable under my leadership. I will focus on quality RP and let the people understand RP in better way make gang events enjoyable for everyone.
   • (C) I will focus on internal gang issues have good deputies to run events when I am not in city. If there is people fighting within gang I will make sure to solve that issue and more on I will try to unite all the gangsters from the streets and have good connections with gangs and crime families together we will fight against the Leos and make a stronger term. I have plans for flawless 100 percent turfs as well I have turf team ready and everything is in place for now.
