2.1 Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have strong leadership experience in legal organizations. I have been Major General twice in NG, once in HR and once as Advisor to the General. I have also worked as SAHP Rank 27 Commander of CID, Chief of Staff in IA, HR And Undersheriff. These roles helped me learn how to lead people, make decisions, and manage an organization properly.
2.2 I have experience in management and internal operations. Working in HR and Internal Affairs and being an Undersheriff taught me how to handle people, solve problems, and keep everything running smoothly. I understand how important it is to enforce rules while also supporting the team.
2.3 I am confident and ready for the responsibility. Even though I don’t have much experience on EN3, I understand all the rules and how both gangs and legal organizations work. I can handle pressure and adapt quickly because of my experience in other servers and projects.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
First, I would make sure that in my org, my term there will be no corruption or favoritism everybody will be respected, everybody's interview will be taken the same and same action will be taken to everybody Depending on their rule breaks.
Second, I would do more trainings. This helps members understand their roles better and also makes them more confident in different situations. It also makes sure everyone knows the rules and how things should be done.
Third, I would focus on communication and teamwork. Good Roleplay really depends on how well people work together, It also helps avoid confusion in situations.
My Goals as a SAHP Leader:
1. Finish the term with 0 verbal and 0 warns
2. Try to get 2 terms of Leadership according to the LR rule 60days or 30days im aiming for 60days.
3. Make the Best Bonus system, this is related to improving RP level in the Org.
4. Be in good relations with other orgs we are LEOS were here to protect the city not fight with other orgs who work under the same roof with us.

Letting you know why my first forums got rejected i think cuz
i didn't have like leadership experience i took it as a challenge from curators
and became a undersheriff But im sure and 100% that i can handle term of SAHP
and i know im capable for any kind of hard situation
