Creative team: This department is also one of the best and creative as its name it delivers high quality posters, templates and also help in planning of weddings and other parties which bring fun to the life of citizens, I will focus to make this department responsive all the time and also reduce the price of services so they can be more affordable

2.1 I have sufficient experience to keep the organization stable.
During my service at LifeInvader for almost a year, I have worked as HR manager, DHOD of ADs and HOD of ADs, currently working in all departments. Further I have worked under each and every circumstances whether there is too much work load or everything is going smoothly, So I could easily look forward and manage the working of the organization easily. Additionally I have attended a number of globals and will also make sure proper crowd and event management is done during it .

2.2 Boosting Creative and Journalism teams.
While our main focus is Ads, I think the Creative and Journalism teams have a lot more services to offer. As a leader, I don't want to just be into Ads Department only . I want to encourage the Creative team to host more events and the Journalism team to be more active with interviews and articles. My goal is to make Lifeinvader a community where employees feel connected amongst each other and clients to be free of any worry.

2.3 I want to build a better work culture for the staff.
From my time as HOD, I have seen where there are communication gaps between HR and the rest of the staff. I want to be leader so I can create a more supportive and friendly environment in the organization. I want to implement a fair bonus system and clear promotion system so that new interns feel motivated to look forward to become a High Command, just like I did all with the help of my seniors and co-workers such as Sophia West, Kazuto Kirigaya, Rich Rogger and Muttie Ilya.

Recruit more ADs team and HR Managers this will curb any publication delay and resolve the issues of the clients in the ads so that the citizens are served without any issues in the database.

I want to make the organization interesting and entertaining for the individuals.

Mutual misconceptions lead to unnecessary responses, and therefore, the need for good communication skills arises. The most important thing in the roleplay is to be respectful and polite in behaviour, A positive attitude maintains a more favourable atmosphere.

I am having numerous plans for the new events which will encourage the entertainment for both the employees as well as the citizens.

Therefore, favouritism is the part where the organization and roleplay gets spoiled due to which non deserving candidates sometimes ruine the places for serious and talented employees, So for resolving this I will myself have an activity check on the ground level to prevent favouritism.

I've been at Life Invader for over a year now and have worked in almost every major department including Ads, Creative, Journalism and Human Resources. During Reaper's term, i have held the roles of HoD of Creative and COO, which has given me valuable leadership experience and a trough understanding of departmental operations.

2.2 Enhancing The Departments

My main focus will be on strengthening both the Journalism and HR department. I want Journalism to be more active, with regular interviews and city coverage, in addition to quality articles. Lifeinvader has 4 department in which we can increase the Role-Play level in 2 (Journalism and Creative) along with 2 other departments (Ads and HR Team) We can promote Role-Play in Journalism and creative also in the overall organization by these ideas:-

3.1) Make sure to Active the LI for 24/7 by hiring members for different time zones especially for night shift.

3.2) We can make the prices of our services more affordable for the citizens on some specific days such as Events and Weekends, By which we can increase the interaction between the citizens on these specific days to make a community bigger and connected instead everyone busy on doing other jobs all the days.

3.3) We can organize many activities such as sports, marathons, races, competition in the city with the help of other organization and cover them, and make journals and magazine of that to promote physical activities in the city which will motivate the citizens to do these community exercises and also help the organization to be connected with each other on these occasions.

2.2) With my dedication to work and experience i have got a chance to manage the Journalism team as being HOD there After getting such a big responsibility I have successfully managed this department for straight 3 months and choosed to left it for any other deserving person.

2.3) My experience as HOD of journalism helped me a lot to understand this organization and make me confident to become the CEO Of LI.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) Ads team is one of the most important department of LI it doesnt involve in RP that much but it is the most used department of LI to make it effective i will divide the working hours between the members to remove worload from some employees.

3.2) In my term the main focus in terms of Role-Play will be on Journalism and Creative team, First of all I Will split the members of organization instead of having lot of members in one.

3.3) Journalism team will be assigned to invlove in Role-Play on the field by covering and managing different kind of activities such as Interview, News, bulletins etc

3.4) Creative will back the journalism team and make creations along with coordination with journalism team and also I will introduce a revised system in LI services such as involving with the hosts and make there moments more remarkable.
