The Report for RDM can not be concluded as The Thread owner came the situation later and shooting was Started
No Rulebreak is found here as Fail RP as Police officer can refuse any demands from two person while there were more LEOs
No Rulebreak found here as Metagaimg as lack of evidences for the Metagaming
