Life Story: Roz was born in a small town in UK. Growing up he never had any issues blending in with all his classmates.He was never a guy who would be mean or rude to someone.
he was in a family filled with highly educated people. He never wanted to be like them as they had boring life, he always wanted to visit places that were never accessible
by other people. by the time he turned 22 he had visited 8 countries. But there was a severe problem he fell in love with a girl in Spain,they had a very warm night. The girl ended up carrying his baby.
At this point Roz was not sure what to do so he took the girl back to UK with him . He started taking care of her and working in a restaurant just to feed his lady.
After a few weeks pass Roz finally proposed to her and she said yes.He got a job in a very well known business firm and he started working day and night just to keep his wife happy.
Although he didn't want this life but he was grateful for this!
Career Story: Roz was just returning from a visit from a different city he was very bored and very tired but outside the airport he saw Fanas and Davis his old buddys.
He was surprised to see that they came to pick him up without even telling them that he was flying back. A quick chit chat later he finds out that both of them are working as law enforcement officers .
he was surprise for a second as he knew this guys from his childhood he never expected them to become law enforcement officers better yet Davis says that he is the leader of
a very decorated SWAT department in LSPD . As he had worked with both of them in different conditions separately he know how exactly they work. They offered Roz to get back into the business.
They encouraged him to become a law enforcement officer. They gave him one day to think about it, and just drop him back to his house. Roz was just wondering on the street later that evening
when a police officer comes to him and detains him and puts him inside his car and starts to drive away from the city, he was confused and he didn't know what he had done.
After the police officer was far away from the city he drags him outside his car. And put a bag on his head and tell him that he can either pay him or he can go to jail for the rest of his life
Roz was not expecting this kind of treatment from this city he just says that he will pay whatever the prices and in return he just wants his freedom.
the officer agrees and givs Roz his bank account number . And told him to pay 100 K and then runaway. Roz took off the bag from his head and proceeds to pull out his phone and pay the fine of living in the city.
After two days Roz calls Davis and tell him that he will join his department he will join LSPD . Davis welcomes him with warm heart, little did he know that Roz what's not joining to help the citizen he joined to benefit from them .
Outcomes:
1- Roz can refuse to show his ID to protect his privacy.
2- Roz can accept bribe or weapons from his 10-15s to release them.(100k max)
3- Roz can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
4- Roz can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release and whoever fail to give him the bribe maybe arrested.(100k max)
5- Roz can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without a lawyer and Miranda rights reads.
6- Roz can put peoples in an isolation room who cause him trouble during at the 10-15 process.
7- Roz can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground.(using /try only 2 times per situation)
8- Roz can initiate jailbreaks and contracts via the Darknet.
9- Roz can take Bribes to Become a Hostage. (upto 100k).
10- Roz can plant drugs and/or Illegal Items on suspects to arrest them. (Using / me and with proper RP reason)
