He was stealing a car which named "Bugatti Chiron". I moved the location and saw him. I took fast action but as you can see he was stealing car while holding a gun. That needs to be consider in PG and he also did FL while we were having RP. And this person is also clever because he knows that he can escape from jail by doing F1 lol. Easy to punish.
