I'm trying to complete a bounty mission, but this player kept fleeing in a vehicle and hit me while doing so. Even though I was trying to drive normally, I had to slam on the brakes because he kept trying to stop right in front of me. This went on for seven minutes straight. There wasn't a single moment where I hit him on purpose, and because of a game glitch, I couldn't shoot in the red zone.
