2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1) I want to become leader of this gang beacuse i have spend a lot of time in gang stuf and i have been highcomand of many gangs, now i have much expirence now how to handle a gang as a Leader. I have handle some gang events as a first person so i know what are rules and how to handle situations.

2.2) The Famlies gang HQ is one of the best hq and big hq as i think. So i want to have controll on this HQ and become the best gang in city. It also have ghetto beside it where all my gang members can have fun and rob some peoples so i think that gang hq is at best place.

2.3) At the moment as it is i see there is not much activity from gang sides all gangs are sleeping and not showing there power so thats why i wanna become leader of this gang so i can show the Leos gangs power and make the gang sides best in the city.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1) First thing first, I have already plan my deputies active and expirenced deputies which will help me alot to get my term successful.

3.2) I will show max gang Activity in hole city with max, Store rob, FZ raids and etc.

3.3) I will make sure no one disrespect anyone and help new peoples to learn some rules and give respect t Highcomands.

3.4) I will make sure there is no toxicity in the radio and everyone follows the rule.’
