2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been part of this project for a long time now, Being able to express and feel the role of people we see in real life is quite special and exciting, ever since i joined this project. I have spent most of my organization time in National Guards and i have also been a part of other LEOs, being able lead an organization would be a great experience which i want to try as i have previously had the chance to be LT general at National guards and it was amazing. Since my time in this project i have made a lot of friends whom i can trust upon, i have gained people who believe in me and would always stay by me to guide me by not letting me take any hasty decisions or make mistakes. I know how to deal with other organization members and as i am a fam leader and i know that family and organization is different but i know how to manage and lead members. I want to make the city free from theft and illegal activities and keep the city as safe as possible for everyone.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Everyone in the city deserves to be part of an organization, i believe everyone have the capability to learn rules and work professionally, i will not limit our organization to only the pro's, new people will be welcomed and taught appropriately to work professionally with a capable HR team that would love to teach people and bring in right people for our organization. I will regularly hold meetings with our organization members to understand the issues they are facing and help them in any way possible. I will make sure to provide roles and assign ranks after determining a person's knowledge and capability so that the deserving get proper recognition, i will also provide good bonus to our members to encourage them to work better. Whether it may be making sure collaborative ideas and strategies are being shared at key events, or pushing cross organization training on a scheduled basis. I want to make sure that face to face training is given for the newbies. And making sure that high commands are also included in phase 3 training as they have such a large amount of experience and valuable advice.
