1. I want to help improve the organization and keep it active.
   I enjoy leading people and making sure everyone is involved in good roleplay situations. I also want to help members feel included and make the gang more organized and enjoyable for everyone

   I understand how gang roleplay works and how important it is to stay realistic and serious during RP situations. I know how to handle members properly, solve problems calmly, and make fair decision

   I don’t just want the organization to focus on fighting or winning. I want to create interesting storylines, proper interactions with other gangs and civilians, and make the RP feel more realistic and fun for everyone involved.
4. I think the organization should focus more on serious and realistic roleplay instead of only looking for action all the time. Members should communicate better during RP situations and avoid toxic behavior or random actions that ruin scenes. Trainings and activities could also help newer members learn proper gang roleplay and improve the overall quality of the organization
