2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
(i) I am applying for LSPD because I believe the organization has tremendous potential that is currently underutilized.(ii) The level of patrolling in the city is low, resulting in a high crime rate, including house and car robberies.
(ii) My main focus as leader would be to make the LSPD more active, increase presence at every event, and make the city safer so citizens can live peacefully.
My experience includes serving as Sheriff of SAHP for both the 50th and 51st terms, leading an entire organization for 60 days each with strong relationships with citizens and other organizations.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My goals are to ensure high participation in every event and situation, maintain professionalism and discipline within the organization, and foster positive relationships with the community and other organizations.
(i) I will ensure officers are always patrolling the city.
(ii) I will host weekly promotion ceremonies so that no one feels overlooked for the rank they deserve.
(iii) I will offer substantial bonuses to motivate officers.
(iv) I will assign weekly tasks with high bonuses to encourage engagement.
(v) I will ensure HR provides proper training to everyone. If HR is unavailable, I will personally conduct training sessions.
(vi) I will support any officer who needs assistance or is eager to learn more about the city and the organization.
(vii) I will eliminate favoritism and nepotism within the organization, as I did during my tenure as SAHP Sheriff.
(viii) I will ensure all officers behave appropriately on and off duty and interact respectfully with citizens.
