Reason 1: Leadership and activity
I want to become leader of Marabunta Gang because I have strong interest in leadership and managing a criminal organization in a serious RolePlay environment. I want to create an active gang where members always have something to do, whether it is RP events, turf fights, robberies, or internal training. My goal is to eliminate inactivity and build a structure where everyone knows their role and responsibilities.
Reason 2: Experience and discipline
I understand how Grand RP works and how important discipline is inside a gang. A gang without structure becomes chaotic and low quality RP. I want to enforce clear rules, fair leadership, and organized ranks so members can improve their RP skills. I will make sure every member respects server rules and stays in character during all situations.
Reason 3: Community and reputation
My goal is to turn Marabunta Gang into a respected and feared organization on the server. Not just through aggression, but through professionalism, coordination, and strong teamwork. I want members to feel like they are part of a real family where loyalty and respect are important. A strong reputation will attract more serious players and improve overall RP quality.

To improve RolePlay in the organization, I would focus on:
- Strict but fair leadership
- Regular trainings (shooting, hostage situations, RP scenarios)
- Encouraging members to stay fully in character (IC at all times)
- Organizing daily activities so members are never inactive
- Teaching new members basic RP rules before letting them join operations
- Promoting teamwork instead of solo gameplay
Good RolePlay comes from discipline, communication, and consistent leadership. If members understand their role and feel involved, the overall RP level will naturally improve.
