Hey admin, the time of this situation, I was working undercover as an FIB agent. I regularly use makeup during undercover operations to change my identity and gather information or catch criminals without exposing myself. According to the Law the makeup ID change was part of RP and we can use our personal vehicle and not for abuse or unfair advantage.
Regarding the conversation in the POV, the player asked me “Where is Zoro?” and I replied casually in character. I did not insult him, seriously abuse, or target the player personally. As visible in the POV, there was no heavy toxicity or OOC disrespect from my side. If anything, it could be considered FL, but not an actual insult violation.
I respectfully request admins to review the full context of the situation and my undercover RP before making any decision.
