2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 i want to become the leader of LSPD bcz i have a vast experience is LEO. I came to know about the working of LEO's withing the city. The all of three LEO's made me enough today to apply for leader. i want to help the citizens by providing them the best experience in my term and make them train enough to handle the harder situations. as well as i have a good knowledge about rules and IC rules to run a ORG, and im sure if i be a leader i will be the best and chill leader ever.
2.2 Being a trustworthy and respected leader does not mean that we have to come in our department do our OOC work and just go Off duty and not even talk to anyone or have attitude. Once i be a leader of respected organisation, i will be doing all the work efficiently as well as making other people enough strong to handle the department in my absence. being a leader of me is good, bcz i got enough potential to increase the image of our department through out the Los Santos. LSPD is so special to me bcz i have started from 0 to hero here only, like have joined LSPD as cadet and reached till HOD of HR. the second reason to apply for LSPD Leader is this, the org which made me enough strong to be known in the city. Sometimes LSPD doesnt feel like a org to me, it feels as a home where i grew up.
2.3 The third reason to join, i will be taking ever unit equal to myself, somtimes some leaders take time or dont give priority to lower units. but i will be not like that i will understand their problems by my aspects and i assume myself as that position and give them solution and treat equally.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the RolePlay level in my respected organization that we will train the people so smoothly and efficiently , that the newcomers who would be completely new to department can understand all the things easily as i would be creating the best department working so far.
