As u can see During my arrest, the LSPD officer failed to read my Miranda Rights before processing me. After the arrest, I clearly requested a lawyer, but the officer immediately stated that no lawyer was available without making any visible attempt to contact one or provide access to the lawyer/interrogation room.
The officer directly transferred me to jail without respecting my legal RP rights.
Miranda Rights must be read and if the suspect requests a lawyer, the officer must make the request to DOJ/GOV.”
