Rejected RDM + Abuse of bounty system | 497469, 132512

I was told to provide longer video of this situation here is even more evidence I have found rewatching the video of this rule break. For example,

At 0:06 Nigel Justice ( ID 132512 ) says "Chico get rid of him bro before I do"

Throughout the video I was looking for something on forums, most likely when he went on his phone to set a bounty on me. (Check logs)

At 1:46 Mika Justice ( ID 497469 ) claims the bounty on me.

At 2:01 Mika then kills me to claim the bounty.

This is clearly enough proof to show that they abused the bounty system. Therefore, Fail RP/RDM should be looked into.
