2.1 After being a leader of unofficial organisation The Shadows my aim is to bring better evolution and discipline, Marabunta needs a great leadership that can keep members and ghetto active. I want to maintain greatest structure, make ranks meaningful not just a gift and ensure each and every member who are part of gang know their roles. I will make sure that we will perform better in events and overall RP and build a respectful organisation.
2.2 I will make sure that under my leadership marabunta will be most active i will try 100% to push the gang to top. Under my leadership i plan to improve and make the turf control, increase participation in events and build strong team of Gangsters who can rule ghetto. I want Marabunta to be known for dominance, fearlessness, and high performance.
2.3 My last and most important reason is to create fair fun and respectful environments between all the members i want to help new members grow, learn RP and promote RP. I want marabunta feel like family and i will make sure to maintain brotherhood among all the members and lastly i will not tolerate if someone is not doing proper RP i will instantly take action against him/her.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 To improve RP level in the organisation, i think we should create an environment where everyone enjoy. We need to encourage members to take RP seriously we should help them to improve teach them RP and most importantly I will give my 100% potential to make my gang super active we will definitely participate in all events such as store robbery, gun store robbery, FZ raids etc. we will make ghetto and highway as much active as we gang we will try to do maximum highway robbery and ghetto clapping for make RP much active i will ensure that all members in gang must be respectfully to each other. I will not hire any guy who doesn’t follow RP seriously i will make sure all guys are serious and active about RP. As i said before i will give my best for this gang i am very passionate about my work and focused about my goal i admitted above.
