Dear higherups, as you can see when I am dead in the provided POV and that officer cuffed me,
cufing in game is a just one second process but if you do Role PLay actually a leo need to bend down and hold hands of suspect and than bend to back and leo need to place his hands in cuffs ! which is not a easy process! and its not easy as shown in left eye,, and I beleive thats what a State Rule 5.4 made for ! and mr Sam, before you provide your POV from 1 km away watch my POV, they were firing and still he placed me in cuffs. If you were a Leo in IRL do you Cuff the suspect who got injured or do you stabilize the situation and there was no gun fight than you detain ?? its an RP everyone will understand it if you think if wisely as you are playing the Role !! not just pressing x !

This is Arthur Hill | 243686.
I am the Minister of State (DOC). I was the leading officer on scene and was driving the first vehicle. I want to be honest here and admit that I did shoot, but there has been a big misunderstanding regarding the situation.
I sent my unit ahead of us to place a global so other organizations could come and support us. We all believed that the officer who placed the global had already given demands. As you can also see, dear Admins, while my officer was patching that individual up, there was no active 10-10 occurring and nobody was shooting at that moment.

* If you guys were holding guns in your hands and wearing armor already, and you were inside the bank not outside you were inside and expecting us to give you demand as you already clear threat for us like there were 2-4 first persons over there and its my duty to keep them safe as you guys were in multiple groups.
*If you think this about IRL obviously you would not think twice to protect your first person, The way you guys' were carrying guns and armor i would definitely not wait to give you demands , how can i trust you if u were in multiple ,so in that situation your not citizen you were clear threat for me and also my First persons so i shooted you without demands.
*If you were not holding any type of guns or not in multiple groups i would definitely given you the demands to leave this area.

Dear Admins,

As clearly visible in the bodycam footage, proper demands were given before any engagement took place. The Gang members were already present inside the Bank during the Encashment Event, and upon observing that they had significantly greater numbers, our officers were required to take command of the situation to ensure the safety and security of the First Person and everyone present on the scene.

In a real-life scenario as well, law enforcement officers are expected to take immediate action whenever the safety of First Persons. Our officers acted in accordance with the seriousness of the situation and responded with the primary intention of securing the area and protecting lives.

The allegation that officers opened fire without demands is incorrect, as at the Time stamp of 00:26 of the given footage clearly shows verbal demands being issued beforehand. Claims regarding “UB Demands” are also misleading, since the situation had already escalated into an active gunfight, where commands and firing can overlap naturally due to the intensity of the encounter.
