Life Story:
Thomas was born in Bulgaria he lived in a city called Varna near the beach his family was poor he lived with his father and mother . He had a brother who lived in Los Santos . Thomas was great at school got good grades and everything but there was a very big problem. His mother got diagnosed with cancer which made it very difficult for the family to keep up with the treatment which was very expensive . So Thomas started working in a 24/7 store just to get enough money for the treatment but it still wasnt enough because the father didnt have any job . The father didnt even graduated school because of the wife he found which was very hard working and smart . Maybe thats why they are poor in the first place . 6 months later the Thomas's mother died . He and his father were very sad . 2 weeks later Thomas woke up and there was a note on the fridge saying " Thomas im sorry for everything i did to you. You wont see me again have a good day and hope you find your self a good future. Have a good day." Thomas didn't have any words he was devastated so he tried to think of something smart. Thats when his brain actually started working.
Career Story:
Thomas thought of his brother who lived in Los Santos so Thomas called him. Thomas's brother arranged a plane ticket for Thomas and everything . 1 week later Thomas flew to Los Santos and met up with his brother and everything . Thomas is staying at his brother's crib for a while. A few days later his brother tells Thomas something shocking for him which was that he reveals that he works for marabunta cartel and needs Thomas to start working in SAHP for intelligence and information but then Thomas was low on money as well so he thought that if he starts working there he should start taking bribes and could help out his brother if he needs any help as well . So the next day he went to SAHP HQ to ask for a interview . He got his interview and nailed it everything right so after some months he got promoted to Chief Commander so thats the time when he thought he should really start working for the money. So Thomas told his brother and he helped him with the SAHP told him how to be corrupt every tactics and all the basic stuffs.
Outcomes:
1. Thomas can refuse to show his ID to protect his privacy and corrupt activities.
2. Thomas can accept bribes or weapons from 10-15 to release them (100k max).
3. Thomas can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty to maintain his edge.
4. Thomas can detain anyone on a false charge and demand a bribe or weapons; whoever fails to pay may be arrested (100k max).
