I was banned for ban evasion, which I believe is incorrect.
The reason for this ban appears to be that I have access to a forum account that belongs to my brother.
My brother is permanently banned on DE1 (Acc 1.1). I am not that person and I did not attempt to evade a ban.
I can clearly prove that we are two different individuals.
HWID, IP address, and other technical data do not match and support my statement.
I kindly ask you to review this ban again and reconsider the decision.
And as admins, you can obviously see everything anyway. Therefore, I don’t think banning someone solely because of a forum account is sufficiently justified.
If you check my PC-check logs using my ID, you will see that I already had a PC check on 13.06. During that check, I explicitly asked whether it was allowed to use the forum account of another player who had been banned. I was then informed by three admins that this would not be an issue.
