2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
>> After being the leader of Marabunta I have learned from my mistakes I have made in past during the term and now I have decided to bring better evolution in crime orgs. I made mistakes during previous term because I had some issues by which I wasn't able to do warn removals timely and now I am completely free and made things fixed so it doesn't happen again for sure! I want to make this term my comeback and make every single curators happy for which all I want is a chance!
>> I will choose my deputies carefully to not break any rule in these in my term. I will choose best turfers to play and get 100% turfs. Ballas is one of the organization I have enjoyed the most starting from Tommy Noway's term, and I would like to get this opportunity to lead the Ballas Gang. Therefore this time I will make sure to not keep switching the turfers to prevent warning. I also got goals which i want to achieve such as having the most active gang, succesfull gang raids and robberies and in general people around me that will stick with me until the end, also i want to have the whole ghetto painted in our colors and have a dedicated spray team.
>> Another reason is that im very passionate about being the leader of this gang to prove myself to the city and the administration! Activity is also my another target which i want to solve quickly and more efficiently and still having more quality then other people and compete them in ghetto and events like store FZ subs etc. Dominating Ghetto causing a mass destruction to the city and let the city feel our wraith which is coming directly towards them by ending as a terrorist organisation.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) I will make sure to choose a capable deputy who can support me and has the knowledge to help lead effectively and achieve a successful term.
3.2) I will make my gang more active than the LEOs, keeping everyone engaged, and handle every situation efficiently without causing any punishments.
3.3) I will ensure my gang completes the term without receiving any warnings and achieves full control, taking 100% of the turf!
3.4) I will personally provide bonuses for every event, ensuring we have motivated members who will give our gang a strong advantage.
3.5) I will make sure we never lose in any gang raid, collaborate with other gangs to take control of the city, and ensure everyone is committed to the criminal life!
3.6) I will make sure to listen to my members, respect everyone, and prevent any abuse of power so that all members feel valued and supported.
3.7) I will try to make effective conversations in Events!
3.8) This time I will keep the ACTIVITY Very HIGH!!
3.9) I will make sure to take the deputies who will stay throughout the term, 2 for night, 1 for day and 1 turf deputy!

I know that I have made mistakes in past but tried my best earlier to do it. Therefore, I can 100% guranttee that this term will be successfully and dominating the Ghetto. I have made good relations with soo many families this time (about 5+) which are mostly unoff. Thus, I just want that I should get a chance to prove myself!!
