2.1 After being a leader of unofficial organisation The Shadows and giving Marabunta Grande interview that’s not in my luck but well I have finally decided to become leader of ballas my main focus is to bring better revolution, ballas gang is greatest among all gang they are ruling Ghetto from very long and I think ballas needs a great leadership which can improve this legacy by making gangsters active and ghetto active. I want to maintain one of the best structure ever, make ranks meaningful not giving them like a fool and ensure each and every member who are part of gang know why they are in gang what’s their importance. I will make sure that ballas will cause destruction as usual.
2.2 under my leadership ballas will be most active as usual I will try my best to push the gang to top in ghetto events , everywhere. I will try my best to make the turf control better, increase number and activity in events and build strong team of No mercy gangsters who can rule ghetto like a king. I want ballas to be known for legacy, activity , and high performance and I make sure there is only purple colour all over ghetto highway by which LEOs and civilians fear.
2.3 My most important reason is to create respectful environments between all the members. As you can see nowadays leader and members are not respectful to each other and under my leadership if someone disrespects any other guy in gang I will not tolerate that. I want to help new members become better , learn RP and promote RP everywhere. I want ballas known as a fear for everyone and I will make sure to maintain brotherhood among all the members, try to take opinions from members about gang , maintain familiar behaviour among all members and lastly I will not tolerate if someone is following proper RP I will instantly take strict action against him/her.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
3.1 Improving RP level in organisations mostly depends on leader, if leader is not giving his time to gang and member than how can he expect that gang members will also comply with him leader should teach how to improve mistake that new members made during RP, help them to improve and leader should focus on activities by which gang and city will active. Leader should know how to talk respectfully to members and how to become familiar with them. If I will be leader this time I will try my best that to make ghetto and highway as much active I can we will do max ghetto clapping, max highway robbery and we will do events also like store robbery, gun store robbery, FZ raids, gang raids etc. I will be respectful to everyone I will not hire a guy who is taking RP as fun and not following RP. As I said last time and I am saying this time too I will try my best and give my 100% potential to this gang for making it much active as I did when I was unofficial organisation leader.
