We were at hostage situation as visible in POV where one of our colleague went to bank to take the cash out as they had to give it against the hostages. At timestamp 0:31 this guy 217192 comes in between clearly visible after that at time stamp 7:46 that guy is clearly visible at the roof of their own gang HQ aiming the weapon and then starts shooting on LEOS which is against Ghetto Rule 1.5
