We arrested this guy on the highway. I would like an explanation of how he managed to call his friends, or how his friends came as backup. How did they know his location? He was handcuffed the entire time. As you can see, when I searched him on the PDA at 00:48, he is a member of the Marabunta gang.

The thing is you guys are arresting him on Open Highway and We as a Gang member scout the highway to find LEOs to rob them we were just coming to Rob the juice shop nearby and saw you guys and pulled up to you.
