I see someone reported me as fear RP + fail RP on this thread

On consideration - Fear Rp + Fail Rp / 553113 + 510852

My friends and I saw them on the highway while we were calling the police about a robbery. Also, Bill Grand doesn't have a license to drive on the highway, yet when we told them to stop, they were taunted and didn't stop. I want him to get the punishment he deserves.

but he didn't upload all the situation , so as you can see It was a global call and we was alot of leos ( LSPD , SAHP , FIB ) and it was alot of family activity and we was try to catch them
and at time ( 3:38 ) when they give me doumand I was thought the black cars from GOV cuz they use the same cars also he cant just stop at middle of road and but the gun on me it's not realistic
